We have bought several pieces of jewelry here and each time have been impressed with the personal service that we receive. Their selection is great, the prices are good, and the quality of the pieces are excellent but what really sets them apart is their attention to detail and pure customer service. Holly, in particular is someone that we have always enjoyed working with. There is never any pressure to buy anything because they want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that you will come back. Plus you can feel good about supporting a locally owned business instead of a chain. We will be back!

For over 10 years, my husband and I have been coming to San Antonio Jewelry. He first worked with their team to design my engagement ring, and then our wedding bands. Since then, we have returned numerous times to mark special occasions in our lives. I have also brought them some vintage family pieces which they have assisted in resizing and resetting. There is always a dazzling selection of beautiful and unique items, and each and every person with whom I have had contact has offered impeccable customer service. Most recently, I worked with Kat who went above and beyond to ensure that I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. We love San Antonio Jewelry, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a fabulous local jeweler!

10 out of 10 would recommend San Antonio Jewelry! I took two diamonds to them that have sentimental value to me (but were cracked) to see if a custom design could be done and Marina was so helpful throughout the process of letting me know what was possible. In the end, they were able to create a beautiful necklace for me that I can wear everyday. I even bought a second necklace from them with the help of Hannah, who was incredible. The owner, Holly, is super nice and truly wants the best for her customers. If you need a custom piece or need new jewels, head over to them because you will not be disappointed!!

Beautiful Showroom, and if you want First Class Service you need to Visit here!!! I had the Esteem pleasure of meeting Jamie the Owner, I have so much respect for the man as we have so much in common. He fixed my son's College ring last minute before his graduation, and they did a fantastic job.

This is where my husband got my wedding ring! I love it so much (as well as him lol) No other jeweler would work with him on a custom design near our home, he had to go to San Antonio where he worked to find someone to work with him. I'm happy that he got my ring here! The staff is also friendly as well, as you can go in at anytime after your purchase and have your item cleaned. I appreciate the attention to detail every time we go in.

We purchased my engagement ring from a different company, and it had a low set setting, causing issues with wedding bands fitting flush against my engagement ring. I brought my ring to San Antonio Jewelry, and they went above and beyond to fix my engagement ring and help me find a wedding band to match. They were able to keep my engagement ring setting, but they worked their magic to allow my wedding band to fit flush. 10/10 experience. The customer service was great, Holly was so helpful and accommodating and I cannot recommend this place enough! Will definitely be returning for future jewelry needs.

I’m not used to wearing jewelry, so when I first got my ring, I measured a bit too tightly and it ended up being just a quarter size too small. I went back, and the team immediately helped me get it resized. They were incredibly attentive, kind, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Their hospitality was top-notch, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not only beautiful jewelry but also the best quality service you could ask for!
